Very good delicious
I like using it instead of wheat flour noodles because it's so easy to use. It does have a slight konjac smell, but that's okay.

Good for diet
I made a lot of different cuisines with this seaweed konjac noodle sooo good
I was able to utilize it well this summer, eating it in cold noodles, salads, and kongguksu (buckwheat noodles). It was great because it reduced calories and carbohydrates. However, it has a distinct konjac smell.

There are a lot of sheep and the price is good
At 12kcal per 100g, it's great for a diet. If the fermented konjac buckwheat noodles seem a bit small, try adding these blue konjac noodles. Add a little more tsuyu, and if you have seaweed, either crush it and add it, or just cut it up and dip it in. It's also delicious.

I didn't have time to take pictures, so I just threw it in and stir-fried it with celery and a little soy sauce. It was delicious! Since it's a soy product, it's probably a healthy, high-protein food. I'll definitely buy it again and again.
