It was very tender and saved me the trouble of handling so much, having its own marinade. This package of ribs is definitely 1.5 pounds. No more, no less. It's enough for 1 person. I will buy again, even though I got it on sale this time. But, I might try a family size rib package next time. I am very pleased with these ribs! !
