Now that winter is here, we don't need ice packs anymore. The ice packs ruined the vegetables, making them inedible. The tofu was frozen solid; it's still edible, but the texture is different. However, uploading pictures did allow for a smooth refund. I suggest reducing the use of so many ice packs, and the cold chain packaging fee could be reduced or eliminated altogether.
