It's already thawed... The instructions say not to refreeze it once it's thawed... I can't eat it right away.
Each box contains 2 crabs, one male and one female, weighing 1.5-2 taels. The female crabs have roe, while the male crabs have crab paste. Plain crabs can be a bit fishy, so I steamed them instead. Once the steamer is boiling, add the crabs , perilla , and ginger . Steam over high heat for 5 minutes. Serve with balsamic vinegar, shredded ginger, and a little white wine. Despite being a bit smaller, the taste, quality, and price are all excellent!
