A favorite snack of mine, especially after they've been chilled. Kind of like a more savory peanut butter and jelly sandwich if both the PB and J were mixed together.
St. Mary's bread from Taiwan is delicious
I tried it for the first time, but the bread tasted a bit too sweet for my Korean palate. The bread was chewy and the red bean flavor was a bit too sweet.
It was good, fresh and enough filling but it’s too sweet for me to the point that I had to remove some of the filling. If you have sweet tooth this one is for you.
