Mostly fat. (The ones on the right of the pic are fat.) It contains 340g but I would say the part we can actually eat is little less than 200g. Not worth the money unless you love thick fat meat

Although it's not as tender as the other ribeye beef slice, it's still good for those who like lean meat. You don't have to spit out the pits, and there are no tough, unpalatable parts.

It's full of oil, and the meat is not the same level as the one in the picture. For this price, you can buy it at eataly, which is cheaper than wee and the quality is much better than wee

Very easy to grill
It was my first time trying this marinated short ribs. I'm glad that I did, and order 2. It was really tender meat and perfectly marinated. I didn't add anything at all.
This is super easy to make! The pickled taste is Korean and sweet. If you want to change it, you can pickle it yourself for a while. It tastes very good.

Is this minced beef? At this price, I'll just go to H Mart and buy it and cook it myself. I've never seen beef minced this way... There wasn't much onion in it, but a lot of cabbage, so I added some enoki mushrooms.
