I love how adding just a little seaweed elevates the quality of a meal. I use it to make light mapo tofu and wrap it in seaweed, top shrimp and egg porridge with sliced seaweed, and top buckwheat noodles with sliced seaweed. It's so versatile. I stock up on it when it's on sale.

Dongyuan has bought all three flavors of seaweed from this brand. Personally, I think perilla oil is the best, and olive oil has the least oil and salt.

This is the second time I repurchased seaweed. It tastes good and can be kept for 10 months. It is now the end of June and the shelf life is until April 2026. USDA Organic and healthy.
