A big bag of mustard greens, very fresh and tender
When delivered, the Chinese cabbage is still fresh and not wilted ^^ Dry it in the sun until it wilts a bit, then pickle it Vietnamese style. After 2 days, you can eat it raw with boiled pork belly or cook a pot of ribs and pickled cabbage for a cold rainy day.
