Steamed ferrinos puto bumbong. It was delicious, I also added melted butter
So good but it was dry coz I have it microwave with a wet paper towel. Maybe much better if steamed but still very good, delicious. The coconut is fresh. Will order more!!!

First time trying this. The glutinous rice had a deep purple color, it was not seasoned. The sweetness came from the muscovado sugar, which had more flavor than refined sugar. The grated coconut provided some salty element. It is more a sweet dish, the salt from the coconut was on the background.
