Bok choy is easy to prepare and doesn't need to be cut. It's placed on the bottom of a dish, topped with fried king oyster mushrooms and scallion eggs, and then arranged on either side with fried tofu. It looks quite appetizing.

The water spinach wasn't very fresh, but it was okay. Stir-fry it with garlic or boil it and dip it in fish sauce with chili.
