Easy Liempo Inihaw is a type of pork barbecue. It is grilled the Filipino way. Liempo or pork belly are marinated in basic inihaw marinade composed of soy sauce, banana sauce, ground black pepper, and lemon (or calamansi). A special liquid seasoning intentionally created as a marinade for meats is also used. This ingredient makes this dish tastier.
This dish is best eaten as a meal with warm white rice. There are also side dishes and condiments that complement it.
