Pure White Lotus-Seed Paste 500 g

Really love this lotus paste. Has a strong nutty flavor, just the right amount of sweetness. I used it to make sweet rice cakes. Be warned it has a lot of oil so be careful opening the package, it will leak a lot of oil

I used it to make Mochi. I bought Korean rice cake, warmed it, and stuffed the lotus seed paste in. The lotus seed paste is a little too sweet, but it's very convenient. I sometimes eat it by itself.

Took them out of the package,, tasted like what lotus paste should taste but texture is too pasty not like the ones in mooncakes,,, it sticks to my dentures and hard to finish

Great for DIY mooncakes.
