This isn't just regular bean paste... It's the bean paste that goes into mooncakes. You can think of it as white bean paste + peanut oil... I bought it to bake traditional Korean cookies, so I regret it a little... I'm writing my first review so that you don't make a stupid mistake like me... I barely made it by removing the oil with a kinchin towel for an hour, but the mooncake's characteristic smell remains ㅠㅠ
