Emart PK Soybean Paste Soup with Brisket 450 g

Delicious! Brings backs a lot of nostalgia for me. I no longer live in an area with access to Korean foods like I was used to and this soup is one of the things I miss most. I added extra tofu, some mushrooms, reminds me of daenjang jjigae served at Korean restaurants, I’m very happy with this purchase and will be buying again.

Hearty and rich soybean paste flavor

Flavor is savory and good, but a bit salty for my taste. I poured mine into a microwavable bowl and heated for 5 minutes uncovered, so perhaps some of the water evaporated. Not a major issue, since I can always water it down as needed. There is a decent amount, enough for one meal.

It was delicious. I will definitely buy again.
