Sweet and savory Injeolmi cookies. I used to eat them a lot when I was in Korea, so I'm glad I can buy them here!

These little bites of yumminess are perfect for an afternoon tea or coffee snack. Two or 3 are perfect. Very satisfying!!

My no.1 Korean instant noodles. The noodles is chewy and not too soft even if I cooked too long. I always cook this ramen and added mushroom, some veggies (malabar spinach, morning glory, etc.) and add shrimp or meatballs. This could also taste really good when making dried noodle dish (Boiled the noodles and drained the soup out, added some ramen powder from the ramen package) with some fried eggs. This is an excellent dish for late night hungers.

The noodles are chewy and delicious. I often order this when I want something light and simple.

This is my ultimate soul food no words can describe it.
