This is my first time ordering and trying this brand and kind of cured pork. I cooked them for breakfast, it tastes really good. It's almost similar to a breakfast sausage. It is perfectly seasoned, i didn't have to add salt but i added a ground pepper. We add pepper to all our food. Definitely will reorder.

The seeds are very big and sweet. They are smaller than the seeds I bought at Walmart before. The seeds in the box are very uniform and there is only one small one. They are very fresh and not rotten or overripe.
