You definitely notice the peppery taste! The yuzu isn’t really there, more just a bit of a sourness that’s underlying the pepper.

An absolute favorite in my house!!! If you never had it before, just add a little bit of vegetable oil in your frying pan and put the mochis in medium heat. Wait til are lightly brown (my preference, or just until it is crusty) all sides and dip it just like you do to your sushi in soy sauce! You won’t regret it!!!
