Personally, I thought it was neither good nor bad, just an average miso in a good way.

The concentration is good, and after the juice is absorbed, it is very suitable for mixing with rice or noodles. It will be more stimulating if it is extra spicy, but the aroma is very rich and satisfying.

I use it conveniently when I don't have time to make soup stock, or when I have time but want a strong flavor of flying fish stock. I've had it for a while, but I'm glad I can get it so easily with Weee. I bought it on sale in mid-May, and the expiration date was in September. No problems at all.

Too big, some look old, if you don't eat them quickly they will go bad

I'm totally hooked. They were on sale so I bought the limit of five. I bake them in a toaster oven with sesame oil, or make dengaku with miso and mirin.
