fruit can often be a hit or miss, but I struck lucky in early/mid July with these mangos because so far every single one has been good. I did cut into one probably a tad too early the day after I got them but they were pretty good 3ish days after getting them and they are at peak ripeness now on the 4th/5th ish days and they are amazing.

The banana leaves came in wrapped nicely and in good amount. I stored it in the refrigerator for a week before I decided to use them and they are still great! I used it for a traditional filipino feast we call Kamayan which was awesome. I’ve been looking for banana leaves everywhere and only found them here! (Not if you’re in the Philippines because we basically have banana trees everywhere, at least where I used to live)

The broth was richer than I thought and the noodles stuck together, which was not very good. It was different from the Vietnamese noodles sold in stores.
