This is my first time buying this brand; I hope it tastes good. The color is a bit pale.
The cornmeal is quite fine, and the flavor is very pure.
The corn tortillas made with a ratio of about 1:3 of wheat flour turned out quite well. The texture was just right for my family's taste, and you could taste the sweetness of the corn.
