    This saobin (Chinese layer bread) is great. Slightly salty. Perfect to add yotiao (fried fritter) or any stuffings you like The first time I followed instructions to defrost in fridge first. Second time I tried with frozen. I air fried 400F 10 minutes on the back side (less sesame side), flip and air fried another 3 minutes on the top side (more sesame). Came out about the same result. Will repurchase.
