Cut up a few bulbs, sautéed with good quality thinly shaved beef and put it in the fridge. Now I have the start of several quick dinners all ready to go. The leeks added great flavor to the beef and the garlic scent is delicious

Great to cook it with noodles.

I was expecting leeks but it was more spring onion-ish for me. Regardless, it was still fresh and I stir fry them with roasted pork.

Stir fry with chicken wing and coconut meat all from weee.
