Easy to make; just the right level of sweetness.

Texture is good. I added seeds and nuts to mine. It didn’t smell or taste like osmanthus but rather had a very strong rose flower flavor, and smell which I didn’t like as anything with rose always seem artificial to me personal.

First time making this. The taste is good. Lightly sweet. I didn’t know you have to make sure the water is boiling hot cause I used boiled water and it didn’t get translucent. I microwave it 1-2 mins. When it turns translucent, it’s ready to eat. I used 2 packages and little water and then added more after microwave the first time that’s why there are lumps. Will make better next time.

Very thick, the best lotus root paste I’ve ever had, very fragrant and somewhat sweet
