too salty and over cook .not fresh .too disappointed

it is a little young, but if you let it sit for a month it is good.

I was really disappointed with the taste as it was more fermented then what I’m use too. Because of how fermented this was it had a bitter taste versus a sour spicy taste. If you like this kinda of taste this would be for you. The moment I touch radish, the meat of the radish was very soft to the touch where your thumb would just easy puncture the outside meat.

They sent me the wrong item. Hey Weee, not all kimchi is made the same hahahaga

This was very soggy. So disappointed. I can’t even sautéed it

Be aware that buying online means you run the risk of not knowing how old the kimchi is. I think this is also the fault of Twins Kimchi for not putting the packaged date and only the “best by” date. I was very disappointed that I received this batch that was over fermented. The radish was mushy and squishy, even though the best by date was 4/9/2024. If I had to guess, this batch is at least a couple months old. We can’t justify returning it, and are trying to slowly eat one a day since it’s very expensive.
