not the best smelling dry shiitake i’ve used, but the water was still delicious when added to soup, braised meat, and even the kimchi rice paste tasted better with it.

Happy I bought this. Package had lots of mushroom. I always buy fresh mushrooms, but they go bad in a week. The dried ones are always available when I need mushrooms for a recipe.
