After using it for a few days, this pot is really great. The rice cooked over a wood fire is excellent – fragrant, soft, and with a distinct wood-fired flavor. Even when the rice cools down, it's not hard. You have to cook the rice early; it takes about an hour in total. I love it! I'll try cooking porridge and soup with it later.
