Delicious as a side dish or seasoning with all dishes! Mildly spicy.

This sausage is delicious, soft, not dry or salty.

It feels like a fluffy sponge cake. It's not too sweet, which is nice, but since it's vacuum-packed in a bag, I feel like I can smell a slight plastic smell every time I chew on it, which is a bit disappointing.
