This time the dosa batter was super fermented next day after opening. I have order this in past also twice it was amazing. This time it’s having a bitter smell and was breaking while making it. Also the water was separated from the batter.

Too big, some look old, if you don't eat them quickly they will go bad

At first I was shocked to see mold growing on the leaves, but when I peeled them off they were clean. I grew up in Japan so I wasn't impressed, but they were just as delicious as usual.
