jjajangmeun is one of my most favorite Korean dishes. This was about a close to the real homemade stuff I've tasted in a pre-packaged form. I did add some buldak sauce because I prefer a kick, but it's delicious just as is as well.

This is a ramen I always buy. I thought it might be a little spicy for kids, but my kids say it's delicious and eat the whole thing up! I add cheese or make risotto with the leftover soup! It's really delicious!
