It's delicious because it's udon noodles, so it doesn't feel like it's cut thinly. It feels like kalguksu noodles, so you have to boil it a little longer than regular noodles, but it's convenient because it can be stored at room temperature, so I think I'll buy it again next time.

I have ordered this multiple times but get a different bakery almost every time. Some days are better than others but overall still good.
