Great spice blend. I put it on egg, rice and miso soup. It has a slight warmth from the chili flakes. The sesame adds a nice nutty flavor. It’s an interesting spice blend that works well on top of a lot of things

I buy it often! It doesn't have a strong ginger flavor, so it's good to eat as a side dish.
