Very chewy no matter how quick you cook it. Not a good slice of meat for hot pot. Don’t recommend

This happens every time I buy beef from weee. The package is already half defrosted and beef is discolored. It doesn’t look fresh at all. The beef is all dark colored except for some pieces on the bottom that are still red. Looks like it’s been stored for a long time already. The taste is weird.
