Mandarin Soyfoods Japanese Egg Tofu

Egg tofu is simply an egg in a tofu-like consistency. Enzymatic treatment removes the egg's ability to coagulate, then is mixed with soy milk and emulsified to form a gelatinous consistency.

water, egg liquid, soybeans, additives, potassium pyrophosphate, edible salt, magnesium chloride, gluconate-δ-lactone
