I am brand new to the world of air frying and wanted to experiment with different kinds of tofu. I coated the cubes in panko crumbs and Ajinomoto crispy fry mix and they are not bad. I might blend the panko into finer crumbs next time.

Strawberry flavor is strong but a bit too sweet for me. Maybe for other people. Easy to mix and doesn’t have crumbs. I add 8oz hot water and mix a bit milk in.
