Fried chicken is delicious

This Shanghai green is very small, like a young shoot, much more tender than the ones you buy in the supermarket. Yesterday I used Shanghai green to stir-fry the pre-made bamboo shoots I bought. It was so delicious! It cooked very quickly and was very tasty.
