Frozen Baby Scad -2lb

Round Scad is caught off the waters of the South China Sea. It is an oily fish with body shape and flavor like a mackerel. Scad is prepared gutted and gilled and cooked whole. The fish is usually deep fried and seasoned with sea salt. When cooked, the meat has an off-white to light brown color.
