竹笋保鲜处理方法(非当天食用)

鲜竹笋需带壳冷水煮沸:

用水泡掉竹笋内的草酸盐和涩味,防止氰化氢中毒。将竹笋丢入到水中,加入少许盐,开火煮,等水沸腾后再煮5分钟就可将竹笋捞出来,冲水放凉。使用前才去壳

竹笋香菇鸡汤 

材料准备 土鸡:1只、干香菇(香气):1520朵、乾花菇(口感):15朵、新鲜香菇:适量、竹笋:一支、水:适量、盐:适量

做法步骤

1、 竹笋买回来切条状加入适量的水和一大匙盐,冷水开始小火加盖煮20 分钟(加盐是为了让笋子更白,冷水小火煮汤才不会变黄变苦,千万不可用大火煮)

2然后加入鸡肉.香菇.花菇煮滚加盖小火煮炖煮20分钟即可(可适时捞除杂质浮末)
