There are 4 pieces medium sized buns inside. The dough is not as "elastic" as a traditional Chinese bun or siopao. Both the dough and the filling have just the right amount of sweetness in them. Very filling, one might end up eating more than one because it tastes good. Remove the paper at the bottom before steaming/ microwaving because, once the bun is hot, it is difficult to remove.
