This sauce is perfect on a rack of baby back ribs. If you marinate and tenderize in a sous vide first, they are juicy and delicious.

It was supposed to be frozen but arrived thawed. I haven't eaten it yet, but I plan to make namaste and use it as a Vietnamese-style sandwich.
