Made cold udon and topped it with these pork slices!

i had it with stir fired noodles it was sooo good

Was excited to try this as it says it’s from snake river farms but it came a very unappetising colour, and smelt so bad when cooking. The pork smell was so strong it was inedible and ruined everything in the dish

Why does one batch have discoloration when both are from the same order arriving same time in the same package? Very concerning.

One of the packaged meat came discolored. Don't know if I should throw out the whole package or not.
