Very tasty

Follow the cooking instructions, but the noodle all broke into small pieces.

These noodles cook quickly. Texture is soft and chewy. I made a quick and simple chicken and vegetable noodle dish with dark soy sauce and Japanese Bbq sauce.

Its nice for chow fun

While the noodles are good and “fresh”. The noodles are stuck together and it doesn’t take the time that is indicated on the instructions. You have to cook it longer to make the noodles unstick and not hard.
