The noodles are soba noodles, but the taste itself tastes like fried udon cup ramen, and the seasoning itself feels a little stronger than fried udon? There are big chunks of fried food in it, and they break apart when soaked in water. It's delicious.

If you want to cook Japanese food, you must have Japanese soy sauce. If you want soy sauce, you must choose Kikkoman, which is authentic and of guaranteed quality.
