The noodles are incredibly chewy and delicious. Soak them in hot water, then add shredded cucumber and various seasonings. I absolutely must add my own homemade sesame paste – it's so satisfying!

My favorite ramen brand! A great amount of spice (I think this is 3/5 spice level for the buldak line?) and the noodles are so chewy. Thicker than other cheaper brands. When I want to make more of a healthy version I’ll add enoki mushrooms, tofu, and purple cabbage. Barely changes the flavor and adds way more fiber and nutrients. The best/ worst time to eat is around midnight lol
