It's good to eat as a snack I think the texture is closer to sweet potato rice cake than sweet potato bread

I bought it a while ago, but never used it. I ran out of satay sauce. Today I tried this satay, wow. It goes really well with pork belly and fish balls.

I like it because it's definitely less spicy than regular buldak.
