Disappointed. I usually love this product, but unfortunately all three items I received were completely melted when they arrived. 😢 I understand it’s difficult to keep things frozen during summer, but I’d really appreciate it if you could try to improve the shipping method… maybe by picking up from the warehouse later in the day or using more ice packs. As you can see in the photos, they were already soft upon arrival. Thank you for your understanding!

This arrived well-packaged. The quality was great-exactly as described.

I used it to make soup with the gyudon beef and onions, and some beef broth and water. It cooks in one minute from frozen if you add it to boiling liquid so this whole meal took about 5 minutes and tasted better than restaurant quality. The noodles are chewy, not soggy (do not overcook) and what I like is they are individual packs, so the portion is right if you just want one serving. Keeps great in the freezer. I will continue to buy it!
