The grains are quite coarse, but I've been able to use it for everything, including battering fried chicken and thickening sauces, without any issues. When the product arrived, the outer bag was pretty powdery (lol).
I burned them a little but it didn’t even matter. So chewy and perfectly delicious! Easy to make- just add water. I just wish the box was bigger so I could have them every day!
