Fire chicken is also great as a late night snack.
Pork belly is 70% fat and only 30% meat. I used to be a happy customer. This happened twice already. I am not happy.
I took it out of the freezer and soaked it in water for a few minutes to thaw it. I cooked it directly with the noodles. It was not fishy and it was cooked and soft in a few minutes. Except that it was a little broken, it was fine as a side dish.
