This spice guy made it very convenient for a beginner to make pho. I also loved that it came with the mesh spice bag because I was freaking out, thinking I had forgotten it.

Fragrant & Fluffy.

I have bought it many times. It looks big, but it breaks when I put it in the pot and hit it.

I use this on everything, especially noodles to give them a little kick and richer flavor. Very tasty; my favorite sambal!

I like to defrost it a bit, separate the cakes a bit so they don't stick together, then steam them, make your own scallion oil and fish sauce to eat with it. The cake crust is chewy, the fish sauce is a bit bland. Convenient, delicious, my kids and adults love it.
