Great, I made abalone with garlic and vermicelli! I cleaned the abalone thoroughly with flour and a brush, then cut off the mouth and intestines. I boiled it in water, turned off the heat, and let it simmer for 5 minutes. The texture was very chewy. The remaining broth can be used to cook noodles.
This abalone is of very good quality; it can be used to make steamed abalone with minced garlic or braised abalone with pork.
So fresh! A box contains 14 eggs, about the size of eggs. I'll definitely buy more if it's on sale.
