My husband loves anchovies, so I always make stir-fried anchovies so that they don't run out. I always make it with only Haetae stir-fried anchovies! It's not greasy and it's delicious.
This fish is bigger than the ones sold in Korean supermarkets, which you can't see in the photo. It's harder to stir-fry, but the quality is OK and the price is average.
